Garage Gorilla Refund & Warranty Policy



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 180 days (6 months) from receipt of your order to return it for a refund, minus any delivery/installation fees and a 3% transaction fee. We offer one of the longest return policies in the industry. To help us improve our products and services, we may ask a few questions regarding the reason for your return.

Deposits & Back Orders

  • If a product is out of stock or on back order, the amount paid acts as a deposit for the equipment.
  • Deposits are refundable at the discretion of Garage Gorilla staff, depending on when the order was placed.
  • Please note that placing a deposit reserves your equipment, and cancelling may create logistical issues.


Custom Products

  • Custom products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Custom products include, but are not limited to, custom colors, modifications, or any requirements outside our standard offerings.
  • We will notify you via email within 7 days if your order is classified as custom.
  • Production timelines for custom machines are typically 10 weeks, but may change due to global circumstances. Delays do not make an order eligible for a refund.


Returns Condition

  • All returned products must be in their original box and include all documentation, parts, and accessories.
  • Items must be in like-new condition. While we understand that products may show minor use, they should be as close to brand-new as possible.
  • If original packaging is missing or the product condition is not like-new, a restocking fee may apply at the discretion of Garage Gorilla staff.


Return Process

  • If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Incorrect Orders

  • If the wrong product is shipped, you have three business days from receipt to contact Garage Gorilla to resolve the issue.
  • Solutions for incorrect shipments include:
    1. Shipping the correct product free of charge and returning the incorrect item.
    2. Offering a price adjustment if you agree to keep the incorrect item.


If you choose option 2, you cannot later request a return or claim dissatisfaction. Ensure you are satisfied with your choice.

Product Tolerances
Some products, such as rubber mats or plates, may have minor variations in measurements or specifications due to their nature.
