Limited Warranty
· Garage Gorilla warrants that products are free from defects and conform to manufacturer specifications or other agreed-upon quality standards.
· No warranty is made regarding the results from use.
· Smith machines come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
· Garage Gorilla makes no further warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
· Buyers must inspect products upon receipt for damage or defects. Claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
· Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of claims.
· Buyers assume all risks from use of the product and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Garage Gorilla harmless from any accidents, injury, or death resulting from use.
· Garage Gorilla is not liable for incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages.
Ordering & Limits
· Garage Gorilla may discontinue products at any time.
· Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment & Credit
· Garage Gorilla may require advance payment, COD, or security before processing orders and may withhold delivery until terms are met.
Delivery & Installation
· Deliveries and installations are performed by third-party contractors.
· Garage Gorilla is not responsible for damages, disputes, or issues arising from third-party services.
· Customers are responsible for confirming product fit and dimensions before installation. Costs related to incorrect fit or installation are the customer’s responsibility.
Governmental Constraints
· If laws or regulations prevent price adjustments or contract terms, Garage Gorilla and the customer will attempt to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
· If no agreement is reached within 30 days, Garage Gorilla may terminate the contract with written notice.
Terms Adjustment & Cancellations
· Garage Gorilla may cancel an order at any time and refund the amount paid with no interest or additional liability.
Taxes
· Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or charges not included in the product price at the time of purchase.
